BIOGRAPHY
Straight out of West Bromwich. I have been a film journalist for multiple years, covering many a national film festival including BFI London Film Festival, BFI Flare, Glasgow Film Festival and Edinburgh International Film Festival. Online publications have predominantly been via Movie Marker and Jumpcut Online. Through this wealth of experience. It has granted me opportunities which have involved being on the jury for the Midlands Movies Film Awards and the inaugural Wolverhampton Film Festival, alongside interviewing high-profile figures such as Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy and Duncan Jones.
Elsewhere. I was a long-time fixture of independent cinema Light House Wolverhampton before its heartbreaking closure in November 2022. Working my way up from Front-Of-House to Marketing Manager, whilst dipping my toes into film proramming with the LGBTQ+ film season Frankly My Queer, in collaboration with Bohemia Media, Peccadillo Pictures and Film Hub Midlands.
